“There’s no magic formula for great company culture. The key is just to treat your staff how you would like to be treated.”– Richard Branson, Founder, Virgin Group

We believe customer satisfaction is directly related to employee satisfaction. One cannot be accomplished without the other.

It all started in 1988 for Dennis Tacker. After he began his career in the automotive collision repair industry as a helper in Wynne, Arkansas, Dennis quickly escalated up the ranks to management over the next 12 years.

In 2000, Dennis opened his own auto body collision repair shop, Street Car Auto Body and Restoration. During the next three years, Nashville began to appeal to Dennis, so he packed up and headed east.

From 2003 until December 2015, Dennis continued to hone his skills in various Nashville area collision repair shops. His precise management of auto collision repair estimates, operations and running every facet of multi-body shop organizations made him an instant asset. He discovered what works and surely what doesn't work in this business.

He is more than excited to get behind the wheel as the new owner of Shipper's Collision and to build upon the tremendous legacy that Neil Shipper started in 1990.

We get it. We're the last place you'll want to need.

We get to meet you after you've been through a traumatic event that caused your car to get bent out of shape. It's our duty to be empathetic to what you've been through.

With that in mind, Neil Shipper built an auto repair business by serving his customers since 1990.

Serving. It's not a word we take lightly.
